What we collect

Information you give us. If you subscribe to the newsletter, download a resource, or submit a contact form, we collect the email address and any details you enter. Contact forms are processed by Contact Form 7 and delivered to our email inbox.

Information collected automatically. Our servers log the pages you request, your IP address, browser type, referring page, and visit time. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which articles people read and how they arrive. Analytics data is aggregated and we do not use it to identify individual readers.

Data retention

Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

Children

The Site is a business publication and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
